The language is somewhat based on the Portuguese language, with 26 letters and diacritics. The LoompaOompas made their language somewhere around the fifteen hundreds. and have not made any changes to the language. Most historians believe that the LoompaOompas found some papers that Pedro Álvares Cabralmust've lost when he discovered Brazil.
